Once you've submitted a support ticket, you can easily track its progress, reply to updates, and close it when resolved — all from within the ZEAK Vortex system.
🔍 To View a Ticket:

Log in to vortex.zeaklabs.com

Click Support from the top-right menu

Navigate to the "My Tickets" or "All Tickets" section (depending on your access level)

Click the ticket subject or ID to open the full ticket view
💬 To Respond to a Ticket:

Open the relevant ticket (as above)

Scroll to the "Reply" box at the bottom

Enter your message and attach any relevant files (screenshots, documents, etc.)

Click “Submit Reply”
Your response will be logged in the ticket thread, and the support team will be notified immediately.
To Close a Ticket:

Scroll to the bottom of the open ticket

Click the “Mark as Resolved” or “Close Ticket” button

Optionally, leave a short note confirming the issue has been resolved
Need to reopen a ticket? Just reply to the thread again and it will automatically reopen for follow-up.
