To ensure the best experience when using ZEAK Vortex, we recommend accessing the platform on supported browsers and devices.

Supported Browsers

ZEAK Vortex works best on the most recent versions of the following web browsers:

  • Google Chrome (Recommended)

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari (Mac only)

Not Supported: Internet Explorer is no longer supported and may result in errors or limited functionality.

Mobile & Tablet Compatibility

  • The Vortex system is mobile-responsive and can be accessed via smartphone or tablet.

  • For the most seamless experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop when managing:

    • Large projects

    • File uploads

    • Ticket attachments

    • Billing settings

Tips for Best Performance:

  • Keep your browser up to date

  • Enable JavaScript and cookies

  • Use a stable Wi-Fi or broadband connection
