Understanding Your Dashboard Overview in ZEAK Vortex

Your ZEAK Vortex dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your projects, support activity, billing, and account performance. It’s your control centre for managing all your services with ZEAK Labs.

Key Sections of the Dashboard:

  1. Project Summary
    Displays all active, paused, and completed projects.

    • View current status, deadlines, and assigned team members

    • Click into each project for timelines, files, and notes

  2. Ticket Activity
    A snapshot of open, in-progress, and resolved support tickets.

    • Quickly see which tickets need your input or are awaiting action

    • Direct links to open or review each ticket

  3. Upcoming Milestones
    Key dates for deliverables, meetings, or renewals.

    • Set reminders or request rescheduling directly

    • Sync with your calendar (if enabled)

  4. Billing Overview
    Quick summary of invoices, payments, and subscriptions.

    • View outstanding balances and due dates

    • Download past invoices or update billing info

  5. Account Manager Contact
    Your assigned account manager’s contact information is pinned here.

    • Email, phone, and booking link for 1:1 calls


Where to Find It:

After logging into vortex.zeaklabs.com, your dashboard is the first page you’ll see. You can also return to it anytime by clicking “Dashboard” in the left-hand menu.
