How to Cancel Your Plan

We understand that your needs may change over time. ZEAK Labs offers flexible options to cancel your Monthly Technical Support Package (MTSP) or other services, depending on your agreement.


Cancelling Your Plan

How to cancel:

  1. Email support@zeaklabs.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Company Name]”
    Include your:

    • Business name

    • Account owner name

    • Last requested billing date (if applicable)

  2. Allow up to 5 working days for cancellation to be processed

  3. We will:

    • Confirm the cancellation in writing

    • Provide a final invoice (if outstanding)

    • Remove account access and project tracking unless otherwise agreed


Important Notes

  • 90 days' notice may apply depending on your MTSP agreement

  • Custom development work or hosting services may continue until all outstanding invoices are settled

  • Data export or account handover can be requested before cancellation
