How to Submit a Change Request
Option 1: Through ZEAK Vortex

Log into vortex.zeaklabs.com

Go to Support > Open Ticket

Select “Change Request” as the ticket category

Clearly describe what you’d like to change or add, including:

Project name or current service

What’s being requested
-
Any specific deadline or timeline considerations
-
Relevant attachments (e.g. mockups, documents)

Option 2: Through Your Account Manager

Email your Account Manager directly

Or request a call to talk through more complex requirements

Your AM will create a formal change request and confirm any cost or timeline adjustments
What Happens Next

Your request will be reviewed by the ZEAK Labs team

If additional time, budget, or a new scope of work is required, you’ll receive a proposal to review and approve

Once confirmed, we’ll schedule the change into your project timeline or MTSP support calendar
