How to Update Your Payment Method in ZEAK Vortex

Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted service and avoids failed transactions for your active plans or subscriptions.

Step-by-Step: Updating Your Payment Details

  1. Log into ZEAK Vortex
    Visit vortex.zeaklabs.com and sign in with your registered email address.

  2. Go to the Billing Section
    In the left-hand navigation menu, click Billing > Payment Methods.

  3. Click “Update” or “Add New Payment Method”
    Depending on your current setup, you can:

    • Replace an existing card

    • Add a new card or payment source

    • Remove outdated or expired cards

  4. Enter your new payment details
    Fill in your updated card information or bank details as required. All payment data is processed securely via Stripe.

  5. Click “Save” to confirm the changes
    The system will automatically use this new method for all future invoices and subscriptions.


Notes:

  • For security reasons, ZEAK Labs cannot take payment details over email or phone.

  • If you are on a Monthly Technical Support Package (MTSP), your subscription will resume automatically once payment is successful.

  • If your service was paused due to failed payments, updating your payment method will trigger a reactivation.
