How to View and Download Your Invoices in ZEAK Vortex

ZEAK Vortex provides a centralised billing area where you can view, download, and manage all invoices related to your services and subscriptions.

Step-by-Step: Viewing and Downloading Invoices

  1. Log into your ZEAK Vortex account
    Visit vortex.zeaklabs.com and sign in using your registered email and password.

  2. Navigate to the Billing section
    On the left-hand menu, click Billing or Invoices. This will display a list of all invoices associated with your account.

  3. Locate the invoice
    In the list, find the invoice you wish to view. You can filter by:

    • Date range

    • Invoice number

    • Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)

  4. Click on the invoice
    This opens a detailed view of the invoice, including:

    • Line items

    • Subtotals and VAT (if applicable)

    • Payment status and due date

  5. Download or print the invoice
    Use the Download PDF or Print button at the top of the invoice to save a copy for your records.


Notes:

  • All invoices are automatically emailed to your billing contact at the time of issue.

  • If your organisation requires invoices sent to multiple contacts, please notify support@zeaklabs.com or your Account Manager.

  • Recurring invoices (e.g. MTSP subscriptions) are generated automatically each month.
